M4 Leadership
The M4 Interiors team is led by founder Joanna Wasilewska, CEO & Creative Director. Joanna's belief that design should serve people of all ages and abilities is a shared, driving value at the heart of the firm. As a result, M4 Interiors integrates universal design principles into every project - ensuring environments are accessible, intuitive, and welcoming, whether residential, commercial, or public.
Joanna is a Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist (CAPS), and an Evidence Based Design Accredited professional (EDAC), equipped to develop thoughtful, high-impact solutions that address a wide range of physical and cognitive needs. Her work promotes comfort, safety, and functionality—designing spaces that adapt gracefully to people’s changing lives.
Joanna’s passion for inclusive design is rooted in her belief that beautiful spaces shouldn’t come at the cost of usability. With over 15 years of hands-on experience, she has seen firsthand how thoughtful design can empower people, preserve dignity, and foster independence.
Joanna considers her foremost responsibility to be advocating for each client’s best interest. Through a team of trusted professionals—from furniture specialists to construction and branding experts—she ensures every project is guided by collaboration, care, and a shared commitment to bringing the client’s vision to life.
