PHASE II - PURCHASING AND ADMINISTRATION

RESIDENTIAL:

STEP 1: We draft and submit client's invoices and purchase orders to our vendors for all of your materials, equipment, furnishings and decorative goods  that M4 shall purchases on your behalf.  We closely monitor lead times and deliveries of all items so they are ready to install at appropriate construction phase. We direct all products to our receiving facility or to the client direct if adequate storage is provided.

STEP 2: We schedule an on-site walk-through with our contractor for their on-site understanding of the project and most accurate construction cost. Once all necessary building permits are in place Construction begins. 

COMMERCIAL:

STEP 1: We draft and submit client's invoices and purchase orders to our vendors for all of your materials, equipment, furnishings and decorative goods  that M4 shall purchases on your behalf.  We closely monitor lead times and deliveries of all items so they are ready to install at appropriate construction phase. We direct all products to our receiving facility or to the client direct if adequate storage is provided.

STEP 2: We help you distribute Bid Documents to qualified Contractors of your choice so they know exactly what the design intent is to accurately price out your job. We Schedule an on-site walk-through with bidders for their on-site understanding of the project. After you receive several contractor bids and their proposed timelines, we assist you in reviewing each to ensure accuracy and fair pricing.
