STEP 1: We Survey, measure and draw existing conditions: plans, elevations, reflected ceiling plans, etc., as required, for the purpose of design and construction drawings. If structural changes are to be made we develop architectural drawings, certified by a licensed architect, and submit them with your Building Department for Building Permits.
STEP 2: Input meeting to establish client's goals, taste and aesthetics. Review of inspiration images.
STEP 3: Development of floor plans (space planning), furniture plans and design schemes. This is also the phase when any built-ins, custom-designed pieces and treatments would be proposed for your review to convey design concept and aesthetics.
